Who are the Akashinga?

The Akashinga are an all-female anti-poaching unit in Zimbabwe, empowering disadvantaged women as wildlife rangers. Founded in 2017 by Damien Mander, they blend conservation with women's empowerment, protecting wildlife and fostering community leadership. "Akashinga" means "The Brave Ones" in Shona. Why can't I return or exchange my order?

We're a self-funded dad-and-daughter venture, and dad's been out of work for a while. We just don't have the funds to offer returns and refunds right now.

Can I pick up orders if I live near Saint Augustine?

Absolutely! If we have your item(s) in stock you can select the pick-up option but you will need to shoot us an email to schedule a pickup day and time as we do not have a store front or business address yet. This is a grass roots startup and we work out of our garage.
